The text of Graham’s measure, HB 1886, is fairly simple. It would send the 18-page gun control measure, passed by voters last November, back to the voters at the next general election. [More]If there is information that says gun owners can expect better funding, a superior information campaign and different results from last time, I haven't seen it. The other factor to be considered involves all those "wild cards" who are determined to force the issue.
Maybe this week I can find time to flesh out some further thoughts on that.
