Hey is it too late to add an amendment, and also make 'em "Gun Free Zones," just to be extra special double super safe?

In other words, it's basically a helpless admission that if we can't trust the morally defective there, we can't trust them anywhere -- and that it's all a stupid "Safety Dance" by clueless opportunists who can act like imbeciles if they want to wh9ile endangering the rest of us in the process.

And yes, of course Charlotte is a Bloomberg town.
