We have to be ready for SCROTUS doing what I predict it's going to do in
the Highland Park case -- nothing, thereby allowing bad "law" to stand. At that point, the choices will be clear: Surrender or defy, with whatever consequences that results in.

Jury Nullification - across all the States. Refuse to convict anyone so charged.
The smart play here is to not appeal. This is the 2nd Circus, it’s not part of America. Did anyone seriously not see this decision coming? Honestly, this has the hallmarks of a money raising effort, not a serious effort at protecting peoples rights.
