I believe it was preemptive murder. They shot eight or nine people to protect their snitch. The one who gave the order and everyone who carried it out should be prosecuted for multiple murders.
Would you or I be charged and prosecuted if we tried the "preemptive murder" tactic? But a State employed thug won't? Where have we seen this before?
