No doubt, there HAS to be more to this story that isn't being told. The story sounds too simplistic and one-sided. While that's possible, more often than not, there are more details that emerge that contribute to an employee's termination than what was initially reported.
As soon as I saw this, I was thinking 'old news'.
Then I saw the dateline, almost 13 months ago and knew for sure I was right, it's the same story we saw last fall.
While this is a year old I would love any updated info on his lawsuit.
I did Google, but nothing newer than the linked article here.
