Well, clearly global warming caused a blizzard in TX, and he was forced to declare jihad on the cold. Shame, too; his jihad on the heat had just ended.
Well, judging from the beard and his stated place of worship, I'd be inclined to think Hate Crime if he torched a church, and Reichstag Fire if he torched a mosque.
Well sure, the latter, but motivated by hatred for those he wanted to see blamed.
