Not All Centralized Planning is Bad

Trump plan calls for nationwide concealed carry and an end to gun bans [More]
And elections have consequences.

Who was the last Republican put over the top into office by the gun vote who proposed anything anywhere near this?

Which 'People' would Those be?

According to Daniel Pipes of the Mideast Forum, "that second line is Arabic ("الشعب يريد إسقاط النظام‎‎") for 'The people wants to bring down the regime.'" [More]
Coming from a "mainstream" CAIR mucky-muck?

Any questions? Besides "What about 'our democracy'?"

Rigorous!

Taking Care of Number One Update

Still no word from Robert, so I still don't know if this is all about some elaborate click bait post or if "Firearms Concierge" is serious. Ditto for TTAG.  [More]

Thing is, with all evidence pointing to him being who the clues point to, this adds another inexplicable and baffling twist:

SEE UPDATE. Some are assuming FC is FFL Zev Nadler due to sharing the same "handle." He is innocent. Stop presuming and attacking him.

ALSO: New speculation is that it's an FFL from Melbourne, and I've been told by someone I trust that it is him-- but because I can't provide definitive proof, I won't name him.

There's a Lesson to be Learned Here

Kirk in Illinois said he wrote down David Petraeus for president, but he was easily ousted. Heck had ducked questions about Trump. And Ayotte had said he is no role model and withdrawn her support for the GOP nominee after the 2005 "Access Hollywood" tape became public. Clinton, like the Democratic Senate contenders, won all three states. Other Republicans who ran closer to Trump -- including Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, North Carolina Sen. Richard Burr and Missouri Sen. Roy Blunt -- each won, aided by Trump's victories in their states. [More]
Good. We're stronger with that element self-purged.

Were I Trump, I'd be identifying, grooming and equipping supporters to challenge the deserters still remaining. Prominent among high-profile targets to be an example to others -- to get in line if not out of principle, then out of survival instinct -- would be this flake.

'Healing," Opposite Day 'Progressive'-Style

After:
Whatever, tolerant Laci.  Say, don't you have a foreign object to cram into an orifice or something...?

Funny, who the actual hateful people she has to fear are...

Sounds Like Justice to Me

They gathered up mobile phones and wallets, but as they prepared to leave near the town of Toluca, one passenger stood up, drew a pistol and shot the four assailants, killing their leader instantly. The three injured robbers stumbled off the bus, but the gunman followed them out and shot them dead at the roadside. Then he returned to the bus, handed back the passengers’ belongings and disappeared into the darkness. [More]
"Vigilante"?

Why not "hero"?

Promises to Keep

What? You're all staying? [More]

It surprised you that so many took your narcissitic threats as promises they could look forward to? And that, outsside your fan-fluffer echo chamber, so many normal Americans find you loathsome...?

Because it surprises, like nobody, that you're all talk, and liars at that.

Gee, another clueless, insulated and provincial group doubling down on stupid. How "progressive."

Take it away, Dan.

So It Wasn't Done by a Violent,Hateful Trumpster?

Police say possible suspect in shooting was described as a thin man in his late teens, 5-foot-8, wearing black, dark hoodie and saggy blue jeans. [More]
Great -- we know what his clothes look like and that, based on that puroposely-incomplete description, he could be "Mac"? Nothing else you can tell us about him, "progressive Authorized Journalists" (but I repeat myself)...? You know, in the interests of public safety...?  Or will that only be enhanced with Oregonian-endorsed gun owner control?

Something that's becoming increasingly evident -- all the usual suspects who were blindsided by Tuesday (especially including the #NeverTrump neocons) haven't learned a thing and are doubling down on their old ways.  Which, public trust-wise, can actually work out for those of us who blindsided them.

Days of Rage

This is the first time they haven’t gotten a participation trophy. They have never learned to cope with losing. [More]
Keep it up and they'll learn there are worse consequences than not getting their way.
