I still like to know what that 'wallet' pouch thing is disguising the gun within.

And what kind of handgun is that?

It appears to be a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380 in a Sneaky Pete holster.

David- Your WayBack article leads me to conclude that you've noticed the refill rate of a government approved toilet while waiting to flush for a second consecutive time.

Interesting, isn't it? The same people who make us use crappers that don't work and light bulbs that don't illuminate also want to tell us what the Second Amendment was 'really' written to mean.

Ed is correct. Thanks.

Here is what the President of VCDL has to say:

I'm familiar with that particular holster (Sneaky Pete). It will put a death grip on a belt, but if you inadvertently put the two clips over your pants and not over the belt itself, it will still hold on fairly well, but won't take the upward pressure of sitting down and snagging the holster on an armrest. In this case the holster would have silently popped off and went unnoticed when the legislator stood up from the chair.

Pretty much anything made to clip onto a belt will have that same problem if you miss the belt.

This serves as a reminder to all of us to be careful when attaching such a holster to make sure that the clip or clips are actually over the belt itself.
