One cannot expect a hyphenated, Marxist/feminist douchebag to support the rule of law in capitalist America, since their intention is to bring it down, and replace it with Marxism. I doubt that she is even aware of what she is doing, and that she believes that she is merely being "cool".

Federal judges shouldn't be allowed hyphenated names.

Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye is Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of California, not a federal judge.

And this being California, the next Gavin Newsom nominee to the court will probably not only have a hyphenated last name, they'll probably be transgender and married to a mule.
