Concerns about juror sympathy are valid, especially considering the venue. I'd like to see if they could follow the money and get the big fish financial backers criminally on RICO/conspiracy charges and civilly for "knew or should have known" damages.

Violence they like is speech, speech they don't like is violence. That is the "fairness" one can expect from the political left, and they wonder why anyone would want to own a gun. Their lack of self-awareness is staggeringly juvenile.
