Imagine how different the protests in Charlottesville might have been without the intimidating public carrying of firearms by out-of-state militia groups. [More]Why, did someone get shot? And those doing the bulk of the aggressing sure didn't seem intimidated. Matter of fact, "progressives" seem kind of disappointed they couldn't provoke anyone into opening fire.
Y'know, just because edicts are longstanding and political appointees in black robes have upheld them or refused to hear challenges doesn't automatically make then "constitutional." But I guess the thing that strikes me the most about this is wondering if either Eric or Alla were ever singled out by someone with butchery on his mind, would they still come off as insufferable know-it-alls?
