Urban regime culpability for death does not end there. Each of the plaintiff cities brings with it a long record of corruption, abuse and destructive policies. The lawsuit is merely a ploy, just another attack adding to countless others in order to do “immeasurable harm” to the right to keep and bear arms. On a personal note, I admitted to the editor a weakness for groaner puns and suggested an alternate title if it would make him feel more comfortable, but he left my original as is.
