Which to my mind means some of the blame goes to those whose laziness allows such things to pass.
If he's not "lawfully admitted," what's the deal with the "student visa"? And did he violate "existing gun law" on a 4473 with an FFL, by lying to a private seller, or by purchasing from a criminal?
