Unless Additional and Incriminating Details Come to Light, Marine’s Arrest Makes No Sense

Nelson “is now charged with several felonies, including assault with intent to murder,” the report notes. “Wilson is only charged with carrying a concealed weapon.” That’s despite Wilson reportedly “fir[ing] multiple shots into a house with multiple people inside and a 3-week-old baby.” [More]
There's gotta be more to this story.

Doesn't there?

One of his charges is "Felony possession of a firearm". That usually means a criminal past. The Fox News article I read seemed like it took most of it's reporting from an interview with Nelson's father. So it might be a case of the news reporter not taking "He dindu nuttin" from the father without a grain of salt.

There has to be more to the story than being reported.

Chris, got a link to the felony possession charge? How could he be an active duty Marine?

I have two words for you that explain the charges, if not the crazy behavior of Law Enforcement and Corrections Officers: Kym Worthless.

FedUp, you must have read the article over Western Rifleshooter about "Innocence Deniers." Kym Worthy has a long and disgusting record of this sort of thing. When the does balloon go up I feel sure she'll go down.

The cops' press release say they requested charges for Felony Firearm, in other words, that he used a firearm in the commission of a felony, like Assault with Intent to Commit Murder.

I view the Felony Firearm charge as a non issue, consider it an automatic tack-on to the other charges.

How the other charges fit in with evidence that the person he allegedly assaulted had plenty of time to stand in his yard and shoot the shit out of his home is a question for Westland PD and the Wayne County Prostituting Attorney.

I hadn't seen that, but thanks for the heads-up.
I live within 200 miles of Detroit and have had the opportunity to follow that wretched cunt's career from afar. I feel I can call it a wretched cunt, prostituting attorney, enemy of the Constitution, destroyer of civil rights, etc, based on my own observations.
