Time to put some of these Republicans on the political ulter. Don't be afraid to cut your foot off for your survival. We know where our line is and that's where we'll fight back at. Run another Pro-gun republican against trump. Make a 2nd primary happen if possible. It's the only way to keep them all honest.

With language like this (“allow law enforcement, with approval from a court, to remove firearms from individuals who are a demonstrated threat to themselves or others and temporarily to prevent individuals from purchasing new firearms.”), where are the safeguards or limitations against these disarmament orders being issued regarding individuals that freely admit that they are likely to use their firearms to stifle tyranny in the American tradition, and as noted the Declaration of Independence?

Or how about the gun owners that verbalize their position that firearms will come into play in the event of home invasions and the like?

Why could these sorts of orders to disarm not be issued to certain police officers, given the numbers of instances of questionable uses of deadly force by said officers?

What exactly does "demonstrated threat" mean?

Will it have a fixed meaning?

Or will it just be left open to interpretation, by courts increasingly known for their extra-judicial Orwellian rulings?
