We're the Only Ones Assaulted Enough

Magistrate records made public Wednesday morning indicate C.J. Grisham was charged with assault of a peace officer, interference with the duties of a public servant, obstruction of passageway, and resisting arrest. [More]
It sure doesn't look like the citizen lawfully exercising his rights is the one doing the assaulting here...

And it looks like Olmos PD is getting an earful on Facebook.

Wow - Olmos Park PD is indeed getting an earful on FB. I posted on it this a.m. and thought they had deleted my post. Nope, just so many posts that mine was buried. Great day when so many recognize and stand up against tyrants of the state. I haven't enjoyed reading FB comments this much since the Federal Reserve opened a FB page. Happy Easter David!

When the original arrest won't stand muster the usual tactic is to charge the arrested person with "resisting" and "assault". Those are paperwork "throw down guns" when the offending officers realize they have screwed the pooch. Not every time of course, but fairly often.

Even the left-leaning Photography Is Not A Crime is siding with Grisham and Everad, over both the unlawful arrest and tampering with Everad's video evidence.
