Here's a deal for the Governor, ICE will halt immigration crackdown activities and the Feds will halt all Fed payments to New Your State. No transpo grants, no LEO grants, nothing.
Sound fair? Must be legal because the Feds withheld hiway money until states dropped their sped limits to 55.
