See the new (and withheld from public distribution) Congressional Research Service report, and exclusively-reported ATF and FBI responses to a Freedom of Information Act request. Then ask yourself why the feds are trying to ram through a power grab while reversing prior legal findings, operating in secrecy, and deliberately withholding information until after the deed is done?
