America's Got Talentlessness

Georgia teen, 14, STUNS the America's Got Talent's judges with a powerful rap about gun violence, which she wrote in memory of her father who was shot and killed before her birth [More]
Because nothing says "Stop the violence" like rap!  Just ask Dad:
Camoflauge's background formed the perfect "gangsta rap" resume. He grew up in Savannah's public housing projects, had a record of arrests on drug possession charges, and suffered minor injuries in a shooting last year. He also spent three months in jail in 2000 charged with murder in the shooting death of 17-year-old Kenneth Capers. Camoflauge was released after a grand jury failed to indict him.
And isn't the "celebrity" panel just oozing in "progressive" virtue!  Especially Simon Cowell!

I turned the channel after that piece of shinola! I almost turned the channel after the Philipino dancers, "We're so poor, we need to come to America with our eleven families." AGT used to be my favorite "talent" show which was responsible for Terry Fator's success, but they've gotten too political, and too, "I'm doing this for (insert name here) who died of cancer." It's bullshit.

Just my .02
