Not only do the callers fail at simple grammar, be we can also assume that the pussies at ABC who don't want to allow any comments to their cockamamie story can't even spell a simple word like manager. (or credit the author or proof read & edit the story before publishing, much less provide an email contact, effectively the "authorized journalist" version of the only ones)
