It Depends Upon What the Meaning of the Word 'Safest' Is

Kent State University was recently ranked the safest big college campus in Ohio and 25th safest in the country, according to the National Council for Home Safety and Security. [More]
That's because no evil maniac has chosen to exploit all the vulnerabilities, not to mention the security kabuki.

And good on the young lady, but point of order: "Banned" is appropriate for post-Hughes Amendment, otherwise you can still get one if you've got a spare year's tuition laying around (although I still don't think the "assault" designation is appropriate unless it's being used for same).

Just make sure they keep the National Guard off campus.

Or have people forgotten why the name Kent State is famous?
