Ever played? I have.
Our local knife rights expert (a 14 yr old), informs me that a recent arrest in NYC involved 4 officers attempting the "wrist-flick" test. 3 of them couldn't do it. The fourth one could, so they arrested the poor guy. Talk about unfair.
