Deputies in the southeast Kansas county arrested the Humboldt police chief last week after a domestic dispute. The LaHarpe police police chief was arrested three months earlier after she allegedly refused to allow deputies to arrest her husband, who had been a police chief in Texas before he was fired.
The Allen County Sheriff's Office included Brian C. Dillow's mug shot in a Sunday Facebook post of last week's arrests. It states that Dillow, 42, of Humboldt, was booked into the Allen County Jail on June 26 on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
