I didn't see any poo in the video, so I still don't know if they're picking it up and sterilizing the sidewalk, or if they're just washing it down the storm drain and pouring disinfectant on the sidewalk.
If they're washing it down the storm drain, that'll do wonders for Gavin's basic human right to clean water.
