Bullet Points

“It is wrong to treat California’s law-abiding gun owners like criminals,” said Chris W. Cox, executive director of the National Rifle Association’s Institute for Legislative Action. [More]
They do because they can.  Not that Mr. Cox has a vested interested in explaining why.

So we get nonstop tyrannical harasments like this.  Guaranteed.

The photo of the enforcer with the gun store manager really does illustrate the dynamic of the "progressive" philosophy that the people exist to serve the government, does it not? The body postures alone say it all.

I recall sellers having to log ammo sales back in the early 70's. Gun stores as well as retailers like K-Mart etc. They recorded caliber and quantity as well as your ID data.

The requirement was rescinded maybe 5 years after implementation. I'm fuzzy on the timeline.

So, it was worthless back then, so do it again, but at the state level.
