Dear Piers: No need! You did the work to show us what happens, thanks very much!

The results are in: violent crime way up, homicides way up. Gun crime up 21%, knife crime up 20%, burglaries up 32%, stalking up 36%. For all non-criminal Englishmen, possession of any pocket knife now a felony, self-defense is prosecutable, population is helpless.

Thanks for being our coal-mine canary, and our condolences to all your defenseless countrymen whose blood is on your hands.
