How the Mighty Have Fallen

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, breaks ribs in fall  [More]
If she's doing it at the office, she obviously can't continue much longer. The thing to keep in mind for the long term though is if and when Democrats get total control, don't think the"conservative" judges will be immune from witch hunt impeachment purges or from being "Scalia'd" if that's what it takes.

Count on those who would control all being a lot more ruthless than SCOTUS.

She has advanced cancer. She has a compromised immune system from the Chemo. She is almost 90. She just broke at least three ribs in a minor fall. Worst case,(for her) She lives another six month with ever more violent lung infections. The last ones antibiotic resistant. Best case(for her) she throw's a PE in the next 24-72hr's and dies instantly. Otherwise her now inevitable death will be slow and VERY painful. This is what geriatric caregivers call "The death spiral" Hers started with elder onset cancer. This injury is a major advancement. From this point on she will be kept on IV antibiotics. IV opioids, and some form of IV Adivan, or some other, more powerful IV sedation. She has very little time left. She WILL NOT recover and resume the bench.--Ray

I have noticed over the years, that Communists have a tendency to leave office feet first, because they stubbornly cling to power until they drop dead. RBG could have resigned under Obama, and left the door open for a younger woman, but she would have none of that. The socialists tend to be stubborn, willful and egotistical like that. For all of their insistence on "sharing" for the rest of us, they will do no such thing themselves when it comes to their power.
