Just an aside - back in the early 90s there was an AG for Ada County in Idaho named Meg Lawless - yes you read that right. I was found innocent on a misdemeanor charge and yet she told me over the phone that she was going to pursue collecting the fines related to the charge anyway. She was fired - for what I have no knowledge - shortly after that. Her successor thought better of the offices efforts towards me and decided against pursuing the matter. I still can't believe my blood pressure didn't go up during my conversation with AG Lawless, back then.
