Chicago Freeway Protest Highlights Gun Grabber Sense of Entitlement over Rights of Others

That state of emergency should be all the proof any objective observer needs to realize that managing the city is beyond the capability of the corrupt incompetents and outright subversives calling the shots. [More]

Constitutional Militia Resource

We touched briefly on "well regulated" here.

I've been sent a link to an in-depth analysis.

I'm going to have to bookmark that site so I can go back when I free up some time. From first glance, it looks like we could all benefit from that.

We're the Only Ones Murderous Enough?

“We believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation,” Burkman told The Gateway Pundit Monday.  “After two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich. One is reportedly a current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent, the other is reportedly a current ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) agent,” Jack Burkman, told TGP in an exclusive interview. [More]
Real, which would lead to higher-ups, or an attempt to discredit TGP...?

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Not Really Much on DIY, Are They?

This single question occupied us for the rest of the hour. They knew armed guards would be required to protect their compounds from the angry mobs. But how would they pay the guards once money was worthless? What would stop the guards from choosing their own leader? The billionaires considered using special combination locks on the food supply that only they knew. Or making guards wear disciplinary collars of some kind in return for their survival. Or maybe building robots to serve as guards and workers — if that technology could be developed in time. [More]
Ah, the old "Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?" conundrum...

I'll bet every one of them would curl their lip if you mentioned the word "militia" to them.

Take heart, fellas. Your trophy wives will be allowed to live.

Running the Asylum

It allows a defendant suffering from a mental disorder to be granted pre-trial diversion and the charges later dismissed for any crime if a judge finds the disorder played a significant role in the crime and if a defendant has “substantially complied” with mental health treatment during the diversion period. In short, this new law allows diversion and the dismissal of charges for any crime, including those where a victim was killed or seriously injured. [More]

Working the Crowd

Organizers of pro-gun rallies across country lament low turnout [More]
For myriad reasons, that's not what the majority of the gun owner demographic does.

Years ago, before the Great Western Gun Show was forced out of California, I recall being disappointed over how it could attract over 40,000 gun owners--yet a counter-protest against the Million Moms only drew a few hundred RKBA activists.

It is what it is.

The antis bus people in. They have billionaire backers and a supportive media guaranteeing free advertising. They are collectivists and the mob is their tribe.

Organizing such events requires experienced professional oversight,

That just ain't us.

Focus on strengths.

And don't forget: We get thousands upon thousands at gun shows throughout the year, and 80,000+ at NRA conventions.
