Not that important. And what about the ATF doctrine of 'constructive possession? That if you have all the parts to create a machinegun, you are in possession of a machinegun? Since making a bump stock is dead easy, everyone owning a semi-auto would therefore be in 'constructive possession' of a machinegun.
