Illinois State Rep. Terra Costa Howard (D) is pushing legislation to make it illegal for counties to declare “Second Amendment Sanctuary” status. [More]So I guess she'll be a no-go on Mutual Defense Pact counties and Confiscation-Free Zones?
It seems if she gets this passed and it's upheld, the precedent could be used against "sanctuary cities" for illegals. Except the same rules never apply for "progressives," do they?

The Republican reps should immediately add an amendment adding immigration sanctuary counties to the same language. Low-hanging fruit win.
Of course, there’s a reason we call them the Stupid Party.
