One frustrated parent asked KCTV5 to confirm Dylan Ruffin’s grandfather was in fact Phil Ruffin who recently made headlines for reportedly identifying himself as the anonymous Kansas businessman mentioned during questioning of President Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen.
