Your Windy City Weekend Gun News in Review

6 people shot inside private club in South Chicago neighborhood: police [More]
They're kind'a scant on details, especially since the as-yet unidentified perps are still out there threatening "the community."

What they're not scant on is tangentially-related stories. Additional links appearing on the page at this writing include:
  • 2 people shot in Kenwood, police say
  • 2 teenage girls shot in Englewood: police
  • 22-year-old man shot inside staffing agency in East Side
  • Police: Man dressed as mail carrier shoots 2 people inside South Side home
  • Police: Fight led to mass shooting outside South Side lounge; 2 killed, 5 injured
  • Man critically injured in South Shore police-involved shooting identified by mother
  • Man killed, second man wounded in shooting at Orland Square Mall
  • 3 injured after argument ends in gunfire in Englewood
  • CTA driver injured after jumping out window to escape shooting on bus
  • Man, 33, shot while shoveling snow: police
  • Police investigating shooting, 3-car crash near Dan Ryan Expy.
  • 2 people shot to death in Peoria home invasion
This one doesn't seem to fit with the rest:
  • Chicago woman with concealed carry license shoots, kills robber: police
Obviously, we need to discourage the lawful exercise of the right to keep and bear arms, wouldn't you agree?

Forget it, Jake, it's Chi-Town.
