You know what’s fun? As a Connecticut resident, almost certainly an unlicensed individual in Massachusetts, under Bartley-Fox, he’s now liable for a one-year mandatory minimum sentence for the possession of a single round of ammunition — a sentence you can be confident he will never serve.
