No Red Flag Needed

Believe it or not, this is due process. An allegation of crime had been committed (the THREAT, not the actual shooting). Police followed the 5th Amendment procedures by questioning the subject of the allegation. Sufficient probable cause to arrest, the weapons, paraphernalia in the home, some of her comments that incriminated her... The judge decided in the arraignment hearing sufficient evidence for trial. The suspect is free to go home until trial, if someone is willing to post a $250K bail bond. So no one has found her "guilty" of anything. This is due process anyone would go through if they were accused of a crime. [More]
And now she's entitled to a jury trial and it's up to the state to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
