With all of the CA transplants and illegal aliens ending up in Texas, I'd place bets on the state swinging blue in 2020. I think the GOP is asleep at the switch on this one. No one thought California would ever go blue, but it did, and for the same reasons Texas will; jobs and cheap housing drew Liberals in. The gradual takeover of local governments by Hispanics drew the illegals in... End of story...
And the GOP... It caved to the Left every time...
