It occurs to this old man that no amount "due process" or even "rigorous due process" (I shudder at the thought of "rapid due process") could make a law authorizing summary execution a good one. "Due process" in enforcing bad law does not make it any less bad.

You can get Rail Roaded with "due process". Dot all the i's, cross all the t's, "Get in the fucking boxcar...". Simple. eh?
