Yeah, "the U.S. civilian market" must account for "the M249 SAW light machine gun and a shoulder-fired rocket launcher." And the "mounted .50 caliber M2 machine gun."

Remember when they were flat out insisting 95% of all Mexican "crime guns" come from gun stores and gun shows and were directly attributable to "lax U.S. gun laws"?  We saw where that led.

And they're still trying to weasel-word that impression?
