The “Sex” box has been revised to include a third option of “Non-Binary”. [More]So shouldn't that be a "Gender" box? And shouldn't males identifying as females be able to so indicate, and vice versa?I'm thinking bunches of people asking those questions may be a fun monkeywrench to jam into the gears.
If the comment period started on Dec. 26, you'd think the article would link us to it. I just spent some time over at Regulations.gov and their Beta site and must be doing something wrong, because I don't see it, and I'm remembering how bump stock comments got screwed up so you couldn't comment after the clock started.
Am I just looking for it wrong?
