So a citizen could legitimately make a case of taxation without representation? Not to mention representation without taxation...?

Hey, this is one of the few times in recent history that Democrats have reduced spending. They no longer have to hold presidential elections in Virginia, they just appoint electors to vote for the guy every other state voted for.
