I don't think the Bernie-backers would stand for it -- especially if he's suddenly taken off the table. The guy had better stay alive or the violent rage will be epic.
"Bernie didn't have a heart attack" would be a natural viral meme, and I'm sure there's a Walmart customer service rep who could be pranked into paging "Clinton Kildsanders."

The only thing I know for sure is that the Dems will pull last minute s**t to prevent Bernie's nomination. And yes, if the Clintons are involved there could be an accident or medical emergency that doesn't have a successful resolution...from Bernie's standpoint.
