UPDATE: Looks like with "progressives" in charge, the abuse door swings both ways:
HB 257 passed 46-44. This means that crimes such as sexual battery, stalking, and threats made against teachers no longer have to be reported to law enforcement. No doubt this will help keep justice-involved youth safe from the racist predations of white supremacist police.[Via Michael G]
