Why So Enuretic?
[T]he poster is ultimately a racially charged image. [More]Oh good grief. Someone's corset is on too tight. Fan the vapors away before he faints!
Do you think Phillip Kennicott actually believes his own nonsense, or is he just doing his part as an "Authorized Journalist" to propagate the meme that Lightworker criticism = racism?
The most astute comment of the lot came from judsonhouse1, who gives Kennicott exactly the intellectual consideration this piece merits.
On a side note, feral sons Uday and Qusay are in SoCal right now (with Cousin Kim Jong!) stomping on fault lines to see what they can trigger. I told them when they get to LA to jump out of the car (preferably in traffic) and rip one of these down and bring it back to me for a souvenir.
We're the Only Ones Home on the Range Enough
A Metro police officer has accidentally shot himself at a gun range. [More]You know, the "Only Ones" we can trust with guns...

We're the Only Ones Per Law Enforcement Protocol Enough
SWAT called out when Yolo County deputy fires gun while drunk [More]And it's not that they then found him passed out on the floor that's the true illustration of "Only One" specialness. It's not that he shot one of his dogs. It's not even that he used his police-issued service weapon.
No, it's this:
Key was not arrested at that time. As per law enforcement protocol, he said, officers left Key at the hospital and then prepared a report for the District Attorney's Office to recommend charges, if any...it is impractical to have officers at the hospital for hours or days waiting until the suspect is released to arrest him or her.Do you think you or I would have been arrested "at that time"? Does "law enforcement protocol" allow them to cuff violent and dangerous hospitalized suspects to bed rails any more? Or do they only do that to drug suspects who refuse to pee for them?

Nothing But the Highest Quality
[T]he 21st century minstrel show kicks into high gear, producing nothing but the highest quality in new age coonery… [More]It's about time someone called this thug media posturing for a buck what it is in such stark terms. Maybe some of the more perceptive targets for the crap will come to realize they're being used, stereotyped and laughed at by shameless exploiters.
There is an alternative "black gun culture," you know...

We're the Only Ones Getting Charged for Wild Phone Sex Enough
Investigators believe 28-year-old officer Joseph Edward Wild made sexually explicit phone calls on his bureau cell phone to female officers, a teen involved in a rape case, a woman in a domestic violence case and to a 14-year-old girl. [More]Let your fingers do the walking--"Only Ones"-style.

Are LA Fitness Facilities "Gun Free Zones"?
From Bruce W. Krafft, who administers KABA Newslinks:
Me, I have a weight bench, treadmill and heavy bag down in the basement that I can ignore just fine on my own without paying any monthly fee and under the best security I can provide.
I just called several LA Fitness locations in the Mpls/Saint Paul metro and all confirmed that members are prohibited from bringing guns onto the property.I don't know if this is nationwide corporate policy or if this applied to the location in PA. And I've heard some say it wouldn't matter because you don't exercise with your gun tucked into the Spandex. In fairness, there's probably not enough of a demand to induce them to be responsible for maintaining and staffing a secure lockup area. Still, just knowing it's a "gun free zone" would be enough to let the killer, who was reportedly a member, know not to expect even the potential of resistance.
Me, I have a weight bench, treadmill and heavy bag down in the basement that I can ignore just fine on my own without paying any monthly fee and under the best security I can provide.

We're the Only Ones Contradicted Enough
Spokeswoman Mafara Hobson wrote in an e-mail Sunday that "a vehicle ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of the Mayor's vehicle, causing a collision."I imagine a competent accident investigator could reconstruct what happened, key word being "competent." And honest.
But the accident report indicates that Fenty's Lincoln Navigator was the "striking vehicle" in the crash with the Nissan Pathfinder, driven by James Utt Jr., 19. [More]
So does this mean someone lied on an official police report? And isn't it also a crime to lie on insurance claims?
Can't people go to jail for that?
So who is lying? The "Only One" or the flack for the Super "Only One"?

Interview Charges 'Despicable' ATF Tactics
"Doug explains in one hour how despicable and criminal the BATFE was in its tactics to destroy his 2A rights and yours." [More]Today's Gun Rights Examiner column spotlights JPFO's latest "Talkin' to America" interview.
I recommend carving an hour out of your day to listen.
