Proposed gun trust rule change posted for public comment

A notice of proposed rulemaking by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was posted today in the Federal Register. [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner report recommends holding fire on the comments--there's a link to some considerations when making them, plus a more complete discussion will happen on Sunday and there is plenty of time.

I wonder if the fact that she has already been sentenced for perjury will be admissible if he ends up going to trial over this?

I know I couched everything in yesterday's column under the caveat that no one has a crystal ball, but the thought strikes that the piece would have benefited had I at least mentioned a potential for a false flag operation, resumption of the Cold War and a dilemma over creating new refugees, many of whom will undoubtedly end up here.
