God-Given Potential

How about me? Do I have "God-given potential"?
Start at 19:45:
We're gonna make sure every child in America has a chance to live up to his or her God-given potential.
Wait a sec -- I thought rights, and thus potential, came from the state...

Notice how she began that sentence with an inflection that sounded like she was imitating Bill's voice?

    The same Democrat party that attempted to remove any reference to God from their party platform in 2012 now applauds Hillary as she refers to 'God-given potential' in 2016.

    Democrats are loathsome.
