    So if they offer one of these AB 60 licenses and answer "No" on question 11.k, didn't they just lie on their Form 4473? ATF should be lining up to prosecute these scofflaws before shipping them out of the country -- heh, yeah, right.

    And shouldn't their NICS check catch that, or doesn't California fully comply with providing pertinent records to the FBI?
