It's a Big Club and You Ain't In It

A federal judge has rejected a request to force Hillary Clinton to submit to a sworn deposition in a suit related to her private email server ... U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ...  [More]
Emmett Sullivan...?

This Emmet Sullivan...?

They say the new language policy doesn't affect the students, but with the "adults" behaving like cultural Marxist snowflakes, how can it not affect them?

No guns, either, naturally.

Coming Soon, to a CDC Quarantine Cam... uh ... Treatment Center Near You

The current population of Puerto Rico is 3,600,000.  One in 4 means that in four-and-a-half months, 900,000 people will be infected with the Zika virus  ... The possibility of almost 1 million human hosts being able to enter the U.S. in the coming months is a five-alarm fire.  It’s Armageddon if something dramatic and effective isn’t done at once ... with over 900,000 hosts for Zika, there will be quadrillions of copies of the virus, each and every one potentially a mutation.  [More]

'The Need to Act'

A family dispute plays out in a public parking lot of a shopping center. Gun store employees witness the threat of a distraught man waving his pistol. Family members plead with the suspect when an armed citizen is confronted with the draw or retreat decision. [More]

Harmless as a Matter of Law

Affirming convictions for money laundering, the panel held that a prosecutor’s failure to correct false testimony before a grand jury and failure to disclose impeachment information about a grand jury witness – even if done intentionally – do not constitute structural error requiring automatic reversal, but are harmless as a matter of law after a petit jury returns a guilty verdict. Yeah, what the hell does the truth have to do with justice, anyway?

'Endowed by Our Creator'?

If you truly believe your metal tool/explosive device is a gift from above, then you should be deemed insane and unfit to legally own a gun. [More]

Blast from the Past

What a legacy. What a creep.

So, Bill, Hillary: Is Juanita Broaddrick a liar?

Yes or no?

Or do you want to revert to that former statement?

Should she have had a gun to protect herself from rape?

And what the hell is it with you power freaks, demanding to control the rest of us when you can't -- or won't -- control yourselves?

Get a Grip

Researchers measured the grip strength ... And especially among males, the reduction in strength compared to 30 years ago was striking. [More]
If you're talking about Safe Space Special Snowflakes, that's one thing, but I'm not sure I buy this as a generality.  Yeah, it seems there are a lot more obese people, but I also see more better-defined bodies and many more health, diet and exercise options.

What concerns me more is a decline in mental toughness and ability to persevere through discomfort and hardship. But those observations are basically anecdotal, with no real indicator measurements, except perhaps for poll percentages of "anti-gun males."

And Sent Hither Swarms of Officers to Harass Our People

Want a gunsmith to do a trigger job, thread a barrel, change out the upper on your AR, or do anything to “improve the capability” of your firearm?  If they aren’t registered with the State Department and pay that monstrous annual fee, they’ll soon face the wrath of the Obama Regime.  The unstated purpose of these regulations is to force gunsmiths, and entrepreneurs who manufacture aftermarket parts like triggers, barrels, stocks, (maybe even grip panels or magazines?), out of business.  The way the regulations are worded we’re wondering if someone who sells their reloads at gun shows might not get a visit from armed federal agents dragging them out of bed in the wee hours of the morning.
