We're the Only Ones Blowing Away the Competition Enough

Former Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputy Charged With Killing Ex-Girlfriend’s Lover in 2014 [More]
Naturally, "District Attorney Mike Hestrin described the incident as an “isolated case” and the actions of a 'rogue deputy.'"

Where have I heard that before?

We're the Only Ones Spreading Christmas Cheer Enough

Chicago police raid targets wrong home: 'This is Christmastime. You kicked down my door.' [More]
See what can happen when guilt is assumed based on your name coming up on a "naughty" watch list?

Making the Case

Internet Firearm Sales:ATF Enforcement Efforts and Outcomes of GAO Covert Testing [More]
I haven't had time to read the documentation. On the surface, I'd say this is just laying the groundwork for a move I expect to see happen to require all sales to go through background checks. My sense is that's what the establishment industry wants, so I won't be surprised to see it green-lit by NSSF and NRA to give cover to Republicans -- matter of fact, I'll be surprised if it's not.

We're the Only Ones 'What Child is This?' Enough

The 6-year-old boy killed by a stray bullet in a shooting involving Bexar County deputies in Schertz was identified Friday by the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office. [More]
Still unidentified is the Only One who killed him.

And what would this story be without the obligatory:
Authorities have said the woman had pointed a weapon at police during the chase, but no weapon was found on her following the shooting.
And Mer-ry Christmas!

We're the Only Ones Lost and Found Enough

Last month, he publicly introduced the Shotspotter pilot program to allow police to pinpoint the origin of gunshots with acoustic technology. [More]
Sounds like they'd be better served with Copspotter...

I've been through about a dozen reports and haven't seen anything on why he went missing.  It sure seems strange as does the lack of explanation, but then again, look which department we're talking about.

I'll update if I get a link to more.

It'll Be Back On Track Soon Enough

Sexual harassment scandals derail California democrats’ agenda [More]
Hardly:
...Democrats are heavily favored to retain both seats...
Of course they are.

Thanks to the one thing our "gun rights leaders" ignore because they say it's not part of that "single issue."

And We Should Trust This Guy WHY?

A lack of media interest in Project Cassandra will not prevent an accounting of it if Jeff Sessions gets his way. The Attorney General released a statement late yesterday declaring that the Department of Justice will follow up on a lengthy and well-sourced exposé from Politico’s Josh Meyer that detailed a concerted effort to suppress prosecution of key Hezbollah figures during the Obama administration. [More]
So will he recuse himself and turn it over to Trump-hating Democrat agents again?

We're the Only Ones Uncharged Enough

The beating and arrest were reviewed by the Shawnee County District Attorney, but none of the three officers on the scene faced any criminal repercussions, according to Ganieany. [More]
Hey, what's a little assault, kidnapping and perjury among friends?

Sounds Like a Classic Case of Projection

State Rep. Katherine Rogers, D-Concord, admits to assaulting Susan Olsen, a 2nd Amendment rights activist during a NH recount last year. [More]
So she prefers defenseless victims?

Looks like she went into Facebook hiding to keep people from telling her what they think of her.

Here's another way you can tell her.

‘Designated Gun-Grabber’ Shows Insidiousness of Hollywood Propaganda

“Designated Survivor” is lending itself to a propaganda effort the Obama administration made great use of to help “convince” the public to support its agenda: Valerie Jarrett made no secret of her efforts to convince script writers to push Obamacare in popular entertainment. And it’s no accident that series actor Kal Penn, also given a “consultant” credit on the show, served in the Obama White House as Associate Director of Public Engagement. [More]
So who is doing what to counter it beyond "not watching"?

Discrimination -- Opposite Day 'Progressive'-Style

Woman Accuses United Airlines Of Giving Her First-Class Seat To Democratic Congressswoman - Then Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee did what she does best: Charge racism [More]
Flying first class -- nobody knows the trouble she's seen.

If Simon really did somehow manage to negligently self-cancel using a mobile app, the record ought to be produced along with the screen options that were offered beforehand and transaction confirmation notices sent afterward.

We're the Only Ones Well-Connected Enough

[L]icenses are reserved for the well-connected and officials don’t bother to follow the rules when issuing them. [More]
Because what could be more Opposite Day "progressive" than clinging to the past?

Great Way to Get Laid

Become a "male feminist."  [Watch]

Witch Hunt

The New York Times says Robert Mueller is the victim, and those leading it are ridiculous conspiracy kooks. [More]

We're the Only Ones Terrorized Enough

The Department of Homeland Security is calling a series of shootings targeting law enforcement in Pennsylvania a "terror attack." [More]
At least they were empowered to have guns with them everywhere and at all times, and were able to defend themselves and stop the threat -- as opposed to "run, hide, fight"...

And them, of course, there's this:
El-Mofty was a naturalized US citizen who came to the country on a "family-based immigrant visa"...
Rigorous!

Coming Soon, to a Voting Precinct Near You

Defying Trump again, Jerry Brown pardons immigrants about to be deported [More]
And it looks like the sincerest form of flattery will be kicking into high gear.

Good thing this has nothing to do with that "single issue."

Right, Fairfax?

It Takes More than Passion

Friends and family said Kuhn-Fricker ... was tolerant and passionate about civil rights and social justice... [More]
A "progressive" mindset may explain why her husband was able to do little more than shout at the intruder.

And how does this policy contribute to public safety?
The Washington Post generally does not name juveniles charged with crimes unless they are charged as adults.
