Proposed Ban on Social Media Gun Pictures Proves Gun Control is Total Control

Note this time he’s not asking parents to do the snitching. Apparently, the mere existence of a noncompliant post will be enough “probable cause” to prompt a raid. [More]
Tyrants gonna tyrannize.

Manifest Destiny

If the new U.S. electorate of, say, 2024, includes tens of millions of new voters – 16- and 17-year-olds; illegal migrants; ex-cons; new legal immigrants from Asia, Africa and Latin America who vote 70 to 90 percent Democratic – the political future of America has already been determined. [More]
Good thing this has nothing to do with that "single issue."

Our Prices Won't Be Beat. And Talk about Convenience!

“Yates further stated that he did not request authorization from anyone at ATF to remove the firearm slides and parts from the ATF facility...  [More]
The one question evidently not asked: How?

Monsters Among Us

Every human child is a wild animal who must be taught the norms of civilization, family values, and morality, if civilization is to endure. We destroy the time proven institutions of family, church, and culture at our peril. [More]
That child as he grows must also be taught his responsibility to protect against the beasts, along with the ability to send them howling back into the darkness. And he must learn that the most dangerous predators are the organized kind that would presume to rule.

A Virtue Signaller Scorned

Alyssa Milano slammed for calling herself 'trans' and 'a person of color' on Twitter [More]
It's a big club and she ain't in it.

Talk about living proof that a child can do her job...

Obstructionists

Republicans in the Colorado Senate who say Democratic lawmakers are moving too fast are trying to slow things down by calling for a full reading of a bill that’s more than 2,000 pages long. [More]
How dare they impede "progress"?

What an "ineffective use of taxpayer dollars." After all, a machine has read it.

And hasn't Nancy already shown us the way to expedite these things?

No Harm No Foul?

This emergency legislation corrects a drafting error by the Legislative Services Commission (LSC) in the passed version of HB 228 at the end of the last legislative session. [More]
I'm glad it got fixed.  If people had been paying attention to their job it wouldn't have needed to be.

I'd be interested to know what safeguards are in place to prevent what happened here from happening again. Especially if Democrats gain enough seats to obstruct corrective efforts.

Oh, I'm sorry: "Diaspora." [More]

In my defense, I think my version is more accurate.

Words Have Meaning

A House hearing on gun violence reveals how little even the experts understand. [More]
So then they're not "experts," are they?

And that makes enacting "laws" based on their opinions legislative malpractice (at a minimum).

We're the Only Ones Rousing Enough

Brutal moment a New Jersey Transit police officer drags and punches an unreponsive man outside station [More]
This shows why we're just not qualified to judge those with superior training. Me, if I'd found someone laying on the ground like that, I'd have stupidly called for paramedics.

We're the Only Ones Negligent Enough

Authorities said the conviction didn’t come up during an initial background check. When Martin tried to get a concealed carry license that same year, however, a background check at that point revealed the conviction. Martin was denied the license. His FOID card was revoked, and Martin was supposed to turn in his gun. [More]
So that last part is the punch line?

GIGO

The CDC acknowledges its estimates are unreliable, but as it’s the nation’s premier public health agency, its figures are still widely used by researchers, journalists and the general public. [More]
And don't forget by lawmakers!

That's OK. As long as the object is to "look at guns, like what we did with cigarettes. Now it [sic] is dirty, deadly, and banned,” who needs facts when we can always create and then play on fear?

Standard Fare

Given the lack of criminality associated with silencers, it is reasonable to conclude that they should not be viewed as a threat to public safety necessitating NFA classification... [More]
But everybody "knows" bump stocks were used because they were found on some of the guns. Besides, people have heard the audio. And all the "news" stories say they were.

And those of us pointing out the inconvenient truths that on-scene ATF personnel were not ALLOWED to examine the firearms for internal components and that no technical examination report has been produced have taken no small amount of heat for being straw-grasping conspiracists. That's despite the fact that our claim is not that they weren't used, which we have no knowledge to make, but that it has not been proven that they were -- yet the rule was issued and is being defended in spite of that.

On the other hand, we have direct sworn testimony showing the initial decision against Akins was political and overrode technical and legal counsel.

But we're the tinfoil kooks because we're looking for the answer to one simple, easy-enough-to-answer question: Why no report?

The End Result

Young Americans are embracing socialism [More]
They have purposely not been invested in our history and economy by the enemies directing the manipulation.

I could rely on manufacturing jobs when I was their age that, depending on how we applied ourselves, provided a base from which the next plateau was attainable. I also was raised in a culture that, bottom line, taught me to view America as a special idea deserving of my loyalty.

Between the subversives controlling "public education" and that so many of the new generation are stuck in crap service jobs, I can see how a young person who can't afford health care, let alone see any chance of owning real property, would disparage "the system."

That's simplistic, of course, and it's a lot bigger than that, but what we're seeing is a generation that reflects these factors and more. What they don't realize is we're being worked on and divided by a common enemy.

No Repercussions?

And where Congress would face deep reprisal in the next election, faceless judges will never feel the heat. [More]
If their treason brings the whole house of cards down, that could change.

Either the law protects us all or it doesn't.
