Son of a Botch

Feds don't want El Chapo's jury to hear about botched 'Fast and Furious' sting that let guns flow over border [More]

Oops, Our Bad

Establishment media outlets repeatedly bungled their coverage of Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, spreading misinformation as a result. [More]
"Bungled"?

Like in "botched gun sting"?

The lazy useful idiots no doubt amplified talking points, but the narrative being parroted was pure DSM.

"Not Evil Just Wrong" is a Groverian delusion.

If "three times" is "enemy action," what the hell is nine?

The propagandists weren't "pushing misinformation." They were lying on behalf of their handlers. For power. Over you, me and ours.

Rest Assured

Anybody see anything worth Holder covering things up that's come out of this yet? This is the same deliberate indifference that's characterized "Gunwalker" since Day One.

Aside from advancing the absurd "botched gun sting" deception, anybody see anything other than double-talk coming out of ol' Buddy here?  Every time one of these guys (or Fairfax, for that matter) says "Rest assured," it's like code for you're being played.  Resting and trusting them to actually do something means nothing will get done -- which is the plan.

Yet again they have been given leads they have the power to follow, and yet again the deniers can count on cover from the glad-handers.

Left from Right

Brother of Slain Border Patrol Agent: Dems 'Don't Know Left From Right' With Calls to Abolish ICE [Watch]
Useful idiot supporters don't, that's for sure.

I sure wish Fox News commentators would drop the"botched gun sting" presumption.

We're the Only Ones Blameless Enough

Authorities say a teen felon is solely to blame for a horribly botched police sting in rural Missouri that ended with a cop fatally shooting a young woman who tried to help officers. [More]
Yeah, they would say that.

The NeverEnding Story

Border Patrol agents arrested a group of heavily armed Mexican nationals who illegally crossed the border into southern Arizona. The agents found three Mexican nationals who were carrying multiple weapons–including “assault-style firearms.” [More]

'The NSA's Foul-Up'

Is that anything like a "botched gun sting"? [More]

It must be, since I don't see anybody facing obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence charges.

But hey, at least they have "sincere regrets."

All the President's Enemies

Stars of The West Wing Set for Free Reading of All the President’s Men [More]
So will the guy who plays Dustin do the full Monty and play grab @$$?

And will any of those "Authorized Journalists" they say they're benefiting ever acknowledge that as presidential scandals go, nobody died in Watergate? Or will those who mention Gunwalker at all stick with the "botched gun sting" lie?

We're the Only Ones Passive Enough

Charlottesville review: Faulty planning, passive police led to 'disastrous results' at Aug. 12 rally [More]
I guess as long as "we" can attribute it to "mistakes, missteps and failures," real accountability can be avoided.

I'm just surprised it's not being called a "botched sting."

Here's the report.

Implausible

Former NYPD Officer Shuts Down Las Vegas Sheriff’s Latest Claim About Mandalay Bay Massacre [More]
By contrast, the FBI CI/ "botched ISIS gun sting" meme seems more plausible every day.

Oh, but that would be a conspiracy theory, and didn't we just prove how deserving of ridicule those are?

Underpants Gnomes Redux

1. Liberals are attacking the foundations of a society based on the liberties enshrined in the Constitution.
2. ?
3. A society based on the liberties enshrined in the Constitution. So, what’s Step Two? [More]
Not the first time that's been used for an analogy by someone named Kurt...*

I agree with not being overly picky about fighting back using any chair at hand. That's why I've recommended stuff like RICO actions and "knew or should have known" civil suits against those financing subversives, among numerous other suggestions I doubt I'll ever see happen. I've actually been an advocate of using "the left's" laws against them for a long time and I'm sure I could come up with a dozen examples if I didn't have other stuff to do right now.

In terms of a broader and more detailed plan, lacking a crystal ball and, importantly, unified leadership with resources, I'm pretty much stuck in the same place as everyone else and must make do with hoping my preparations, alliances and reactive adaptations get me and mine through as far as they can against whatever "wicked this way comes."

How Do You Say 'Common Sense Gun Safety Laws' in Spanish?

Murders hit record high in Mexico [More]
Why, I'll bet we could come up with something to "corroborate" our talking points that 95% of their "crime guns" are due to lax U.S. gun laws!

Say, how about if we design an operation to "prove" that...? Hell, even if people die and we're caught, we'll just call it a "botched gun sting" and continue riding the gravy train.

The Arbiters of Real News

The story that many conservative media considered a “bombshell” Tuesday didn’t even register as a blip on the screens of CNN, ABC and CBS. All three of the networks completely ignored the revelations by a private investigator that DNC staffer Seth Rich, who was shot dead last July while walking home from a bar, had leaked more than 44,000 internal DNC emails to WikiLeaks before his death. [More]
And if they can't ignore it, they'll control the narrative. Hence masterstrokes like "Botched gun sting." And keeping uncontrolled narratives off the news feeds.

Doing What They Do Best?

Macron Stretches Lead As French Presidential Campaign Enters Final Day [More]
They had a choice and it looks like they're rejecting it. We can hope the polls are wrong, and the establishment has been fooled before (!!!), but unless the lead is completely fabricated, it does not look good.

As an aside, I've been seeing people pointing to One America News Network as a potential alternative once the Murdokinders trash Faux News. But adopting "Authorized Journalist" conventions like "far right" to describe someone who believes in sane border and immigration policies, and "centrist" to describe an Obama endorsee makes me wonder.

And profiling Miley Cyrus getting over her nipple pastie phase hardly fills me with confidence.

At least I get no hits there searching for "botched gun sting."

We're the Only Ones Foot-Dragging Enough

The review finds fault with the speed of the agents' response to the evidence against the three Lancaster men. [More]
Hey, but then they couldn't have ensured the guns would turn up at a Mexican crime scene to feed the administration's narrative about U.S. gun sales.

Besides, the media can just refer to it as a "botched gun sting" and no one will care, let alone be held accountable.

Et Tu, Breitbart?

The weapons were supposed to be traced to high ranking cartel figures, however the U.S. Department of Justice lost track of thousands... [More]
No they weren't and no they didn't.

Pretty pathetic and discouraging to see these guys buying into and promoting the "botched gun sting" line of BS.

The Trouble with Harry

Federal authorities have stymied his effort, leaving Rawlings to wonder why. Were agents ordered to steer clear of that money trail? And, if so, by whom? In short, was there a cover-up? [More]
Find some compelling evidence and watch how quickly the media starts calling it a "botched sting."

Rush Limbaugh Recognizes Buried Truth Behind Fast and Furious ‘Gunwalking’

Those guns ended up in the hands of Mexican drug cartels,” Limbaugh explained.
“So the way they do it is to try to create a mass hysteria,” he elaborated. “The program backfired because it was discovered.” [More]
Meanwhile, Soros-funded apparatchiks dismiss that as "wild conspiracy theory," and the mainstream press dutifully spreads the "botched gun sting" misdirection.

'Flawed'?

Really? You think it was all a big mistake? [More]

You know something our source didn't?

I wish "conservative media" would stop pushing the "botched gun sting" line.

It makes them sound like "Authorized Journalists."

I'd be surprised if the latest revelations are a mistake, either.  When you learn you can get away with murder, what's the incentive to change?

We're the Only Ones Commandeering Enough

A federal court has ruled that the Drug Enforcement Agency does not have to pay a truck owner whose vehicle they commandeered in a botched drug sting operation – without his knowledge or permission – in which the agency's confidential informant driver was shot dead and the truck was damaged. [More]
